Do I have to pay sales tax?

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

When will my store credit appear on my account?

Store credits are usually processed 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s) and determine that a store credit is warranted. Please note that we do not offer refunds on any of our items and the term "store credit" is referring to a credit in the form of a "coupon code" that is made available for future a purchase of item(s) on the Liftology website.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged within 72 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
